Examination of infertility

For women:

Statements about previous surgeries and chronic illness, including histological examination data; data of previous IVF cycles;

Conclusion of a therapist (once).

A blood test for HIV - valid 6 months;

Blood test for RW - valid 3 months;

Blood test for HbsAg (Hepatitis B and C) - valid 3 months;

Vaginal smears (valid 12 months);

Cervical Screening (Cervical Smear Test) (actually 12 months);

Colposcopy (actually 12 months);

Detection of Ig G and M to toxoplasma, rubella, cytomegalovirus, herpes virus 1 and 2 type (actually 12 months);

Bacteriological study of cervix material for detection of chlamydia, mycoplasma, ureaplasma, candida;

Hormonal examination:

  • TSH thyroid hormones, thyroxine (T4), triiodothyronine (T3)
  • AMG (regardless of the cycle)
  • FSH, LH, estradiol, prolactin - 2-3 day of menstrual cycle
  • Cortisol, Testosterone (free).

General clinical examination (complete blood count, urinalysis, metabolic panel, sugar, blood coagulation test, blood group and Rh factor) - valid 14 days;

Breast ultrasound or advice mammalogist definition (actually 12 months);

Medical and genetic counseling and karyotyping (only after our doctor consultation);

Electrocardiography (actually 12 months).

For men:

Semen analysis - valid for 1 year:

Blood test for RW - valid 3 months;

A blood test for AIDS - valid 6 months;

Blood test for HbsAg (Hepatitis B and C) - valid for 3 months.
